You must pass all three exams to become a Driving Standards Agency, “Approved Driving Instructor".
The above training can be paid for per hour. There is no need to pay a lump sum up front. You may only want to do 2hrs per week to fit around current work commitments; that is fine, we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
All tuition is provided one on one by a fully qualified ADI and Fleet Registered driving instructor trainer. There are very few instructors in the North West qualified to this level. All training is provided in car, we do not waste your time with 'classroom' sessions whereby upping the cost of the course fees and not helping to promote your over all development.
Remedial Hours are also available for P.D.I.'s about to take the part 2 and 3 test. Please call to discuss your requirements.
Manchester Driver Training Ltd also provide a private consultancy service, whereby an instructor consultant will come to visit you and explain the complete workings of becoming a driving instructor.
This service includes:
- The 'true' lifestyle of a driving instructor and whether this is a career for you.
- How to get upon the first step of the training ladder.
- The workings of the three exams.
- The Trainee Licence System.
- The benefits of working as a franchisee as opposed to working for yourself.
- The benefits of being self employed.
After you have heard all the information you may find that this is the career for you, or maybe it isnt.
If you find that this is not a career path for you, you will have saved yourself investing any further money in a training course. Please remember some driver training establishments charge in excess of £2800 for the instructor training course!
The 2hr home consultancy costs £75 all inclusive.
